about

This is a collection of songs written and recorded in the 90s right through the early 00s. Production was done on a series of analog fourtracks and with digital harddrive recordings (and some hybrids between the two). It was originally released in late 2001 as a limited release with hand-painted covers titled "A Christmas Present".

All songs written, recorded and performed by Deral Fenderson, except: 3 - words by a long lost Livejournal friend that I only knew by alias, 10 - which was a Pieboy song and was likely written by David Sickmen or Ward Harrison (well, except for the third verse, which I wrote), 20 - the words of which were taken from a Donkeylarch email list post by Dan Piercy, and 22 - which features words written by Amy Splitt.
